VIP Collectors Club - Terms of Membership

These Terms of Membership ("Terms") govern your enrollment in the Invested Alliance VIP Collectors Club (the "VIP Club"), a paid membership program offered by Invested Alliance ("we," "us," or "our") through investedalliance.com (the "Site"). By joining the VIP Club, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully - they include important information about automatic renewal and billing.

1. Membership overview

The VIP Club is a paid membership that gives members 20% off the everyday website price on eligible products, plus member benefits such as early access to new releases and restocks and access to VIP-only promotions and bundles. Membership is for personal, consumer use and is separate from our wholesale program (see Section 9).

2. Eligibility

To join, you must have a valid Invested Alliance customer account, be at least 18 years old, and provide a valid payment method. Your VIP pricing is tied to your account and applies only when you are signed in.

3. Membership plans and pricing

We currently offer two membership plans:

  • Monthly Plan - $19.99 per month, billed every month.
  • Annual Plan - $199.99 per year, billed once every 12 months.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required. Membership fees pay for access to the VIP Club and its benefits; they are separate from, and in addition to, the price of any products you purchase.

4. Automatic renewal and billing

Your membership renews automatically. When you enroll, you authorize us (and our billing provider) to charge your payment method the applicable membership fee on a recurring basis - monthly for the Monthly Plan, and annually for the Annual Plan - until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the then-current rate using the payment method on file.

  • Your billing date is the date you originally enrolled (or the next available billing date), and renewals occur on that cycle.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your VIP benefits until payment is successfully processed.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. You can update it in your account settings.

You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal unless required by law. You may cancel at any time as described in Section 7.

5. Member benefits and the 20% discount

While your membership is active and you are signed in to your account:

  • 20% off is applied automatically to eligible products at checkout. No discount code is required.
  • The VIP discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or promotions. Where offers overlap, the better single offer (not both) will apply.
  • VIP benefits also include early access to new product launches, restocks, and limited releases, plus access to VIP-only bundles and member pricing events. These benefits are offered at our discretion and may vary over time.

Exclusions. VIP pricing applies to all products on the website. We may exclude certain items or categories in the future; any such exclusions will be noted on the relevant product pages or on the VIP Club page.

Early access and limited-release benefits do not guarantee that any specific product will be available or in stock.

6. Discount is tied to your account

Your VIP pricing applies only while you are logged into the member account associated with your active membership. Discounts are not transferable and may not be shared. Sharing account access to extend VIP pricing to non-members is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your membership (see Section 10).

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by contacting us at mike@investedalliance.com, and we will process your cancellation for you. When you cancel, your membership and all of its benefits (including your VIP pricing) end at the time of cancellation, and you will not be charged again. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and are not prorated, so we recommend cancelling only when you are ready for your benefits to end.

8. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Refunds or returns on products you purchase are governed by our standard return policy, separate from these Terms.

9. Relationship to the Wholesale program

The VIP Club is a separate program from our Wholesale program. Wholesale accounts are reviewed and approved separately and are subject to their own terms and pricing. VIP membership does not grant wholesale pricing, and wholesale pricing does not apply to VIP orders. The two cannot be combined.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse your membership (including sharing account access or reselling member-priced products in a manner inconsistent with personal use), engage in fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity, or if required to do so by law. If we terminate your membership for cause, you may not be entitled to a refund.

We may also discontinue the VIP Club as a whole; if we do, we will provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period that has not been used (for example, the remaining months of an Annual Plan).

11. Changes to pricing, benefits, or these Terms

We may change membership pricing, benefits, eligible products, or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice (for example, by email or on the Site) before it takes effect. Changes to recurring pricing will not apply to your current paid term but may apply at your next renewal. Your continued membership after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel as described in Section 7.

12. Taxes

You are responsible for any sales or other taxes applicable to your membership fee and to your purchases, which will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
