📜 Refund Policy (Invested Alliance)

At Invested Alliance, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

• Returns & Exchanges: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Defective/Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

• Bulk & Wholesale Orders: Returns on bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, unless items are defective.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

• How to Start a Return: Please email Mike@investedalliance.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll provide return instructions.
